I am a qualified social worker and I have been working within the early years sector for 14 years now.

I have two grown children, one currently in University and one who has graduated not once but twice!

Outside of work I love to go on long walks with my third child (dog), paint and garden. I also enjoy spending my free time with my family and friends.

My name is Michelle. I am the proud mother of a wonderful 2 year old daughter. I am originally from Glasgow and have lived in Dundee for 11 years now. A huge amount of my studying was focused on Early Years Practice and Child Development. I’ve always had a huge passion for early years work and I find the job extremely rewarding.

I have many hobbies including water-skiing, boating and walking.

My name is Dianne. As well as working at Little Lighthouse Nursery, I am a Community Education student at Dundee University. I am a mum of a wonderful 4 year old daughter. I enjoy arts and crafts and nature walks.

I love working with children in the early years and watching them learn and grow.

I completed my foundation apprenticeship in children and young people in 2020. I have worked at the nursery as a support worker for two years now.

I am also currently studying for my Community Education degree at Dundee University.

When I’m not studying or working, I enjoy listening to music, going to concerts and taking part in musical theatre!
